Shabby Chic Cart

Hi. Wishing you all a very Happy Valentine's Day. I have a special post for this special day. It is a Shabby Chic Cart that I made out of the mail box template by adding few elements into it. I had seen this type of cart somewhere on Pinterest [I got the link: Tara's Card Studio]and really wanted to make something like that. I have used lots of punches for this project.
This is a side view of the cart. I really like that cute li'l flower pocket next to window. I have always wanted something like this in my house.
 A view from the back.
I have put some artificial grass-like stack to look like hay stack.
The front look: There is a cute little door with knob which opens up so that you can store some goodies inside. A flower pot is placed in the balcony. For the first time I actually used the MS Fence punch to create the fence.
Hope you like my li'l cart. Do share your comments/views.

CAS Love Card

This is a pretty quick CAS card that I made on Love theme. I have used a left over PP here from which I had punched out scallop circles. I cut out li'l hearts from my new fav glitter foam papers. Added some washi tape, a jar sticker and some rhinestones.

Kids Name Plate - Samarjeet

This is the other name plate that I made on order for my friend's son. The other one made for her niece can be seen here. For all Kids Name Plates that I have made till now, please click here.
I also have a detailed tutorial on 'How to make Name plates for Kids'.

The theme of this name plate is 'Mickey and Friends' since these are Samar's fav cartoon characters.
The alphabets,  flowers, stars and balloons are all hand-cut. I have used lots of cartoon stickers and small star stickers.

Thanks for visiting my blog. Have a great day.

Kids Name Plate - Pearl

This is one post I have been itching to share for a long time. I had made 2 name plates on order for my friend's son and niece.
This is the one I made for the girl. The one I made for the boy can be seen here. For all Kids Name Plates that I have made till now, please click here.

I also have a detailed tutorial on 'How to make Name plates for Kids'.

The theme for this name plate is mermaids and flowers since Pearl loves them. I have made it really bright so that the kid's room looks colorful.
The alphabets are hand-cut. For the flowers I have used jumbo daisy punch. It is big enough to punch through these glitter foam sheets. The leaves are again hand-cut since I didn't have that big a punch for leaves and I also did not want all leaves to be same size.

I am happy with the whole look of the name plate and am glad that Pearl liked it very much!!

Also my Black, White and Grey Floral frame set got an Honorable mention in Crafters Corner Challenge  - Anything but a Card or a LO.

I am sharing this card today that I had made as DT for Lulupu blog. It is a simple S-shaped card. I have punched the outer fold using MS Lace punch. At the inner panel I have used washi tape to decorate the card.
Here is the tutorial for making these gorgeous flowers.

Love theme Magic Explosion Box

Heya. This is a Love theme Magic Explosion Box that I created for ICR's 2nd anniversary GD Blog Hop that is happening today. To know more about the Blog Hop click here.
These flowers are handmade using circle scallop punch.
A sneak peek inside the box.
The full view of the box. The center part is inspired by a cozy valentine table setting with a cupcake and flower bouquet on the table. The no. 2 depicts the table no. and also 2 years of togetherness of a couple.

Did you guess how I made those mini table and chairs? I have used the stoppers that come in pizza delivery boxes. I have used doily lace punch to make the edge of the table and for the chair I have used the lattice heart punch. The cute li'l cupcake is made of paper quilling.
These are the four panels of the box. This one has a cute mini envelope sticker.
This one has cute li'l cupcakes and a heart.
Here I have two hearts sticker..
And then a flower bunch sticker.
These are the four tags inside the pockets.
